CCBill Username Issues

There's no reason to change your screen name.  Working with CCBill hasn't resulted in a solution for this problem.  To compensate, we no longer use the username field on the CCBill upgrade screen to apply CCBill upgrades. Just add a digit to your screen name on the CCBill form and the upgrade will be processed and applied automatically. If you prefer, you can also click the second tab at the top of the upgrade screen to purchase through the Verotel payment gateway.
