Knowledgebase: Membership Upgrades
I have an upgraded membership but I'm being prompted to upgrade.

If you just purchased your upgrade, you may need to log out of the site and log back in.  If the problem continues, click the Refresh button on your browser to insure you're getting updated permissions from the site.  If you still can't get access, use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the screen or the "Submit A Ticket" button at the top of the FAQ page to report the problem.  Please include a description of the problem you're having.  It may not be related to your upgrade.

Occasionally there are problems with upgrades on  the site.  It may not have been saved when we applied the upgrade or there may have been a problem with the transmission from CCBill or Verotel.  If you experience a problem with your upgrade, just contact us and the problem will be corrected.
